Bristol Myers Squibb seeks an Associate Director to lead medical promotional review for neuroscience brands within Global Medical Affairs. The role ensures scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance of promotional materials while partnering across marketing, medical, and commercial teams in Princeton, NJ.
Responsibilities
- Review promotional and non-promotional materials for scientific validity and regulatory compliance
- Provide medical guidance in cross-functional meetings on product launches, labeling, and business strategy
- Evaluate promotional claims for balance, accuracy, and statistical reliability with evidence support
- Build relationships with marketing, legal, medical, and commercial teams to align messaging
- Lead best practices and process improvements within the medical review team
Requirements
- Advanced degree: PharmD, PhD, or MD
- 3–5 years pharmaceutical industry experience in promotional review
- Expertise in medical writing and promotional material review processes
- Knowledge of FDA regulations, FDAMA 114 content, and real-world evidence
- Strong written and verbal communication with senior stakeholder influence
- Demonstrated project management and multidisciplinary team collaboration
- Willingness to travel 10–25% domestically and internationally
Compensation: $155,540–$188,480 base
