What You'll Do + Manage multiple construction, remodel, and special projects simultaneously while meeting key milestones and deadlines. + Review and interpret architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction documents. + Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, landlords, and regulatory agencies throughout all phases of a project. + Track, review, and manage project change orders while identifying opportunities to improve processes and reduce recurring issues. + Develop scopes of work (SOW), fixture layouts, and engineering concepts to support successful project execution. + Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support to internal teams and project stakeholders. + Communicate project updates, changes, and expectations to both internal and external partners. + Support value engineering initiatives to reduce construction costs while maintaining quality, consistency, and project standards. + Assist with training and mentoring AutoCAD specialists and team members. + Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools. + Stay current on industry codes, standards, software, and best practices to support project success. What We're Looking For + Experience managing multiple construction, engineering, design, or renovation projects at the same time. + Ability to read, interpret, and review construction drawings, specifications, and building codes. + Strong project management, organizational, and documentation skills. + Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite. + Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. + Strong analytical thinking and technical problem-solving abilities. + Self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work independently. + Team-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement. + Retail or commercial construction experience is a plus. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.87 - $44.23/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
