Water Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Superintendent to oversee the construction of water treatment plants, wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and related utility infrastructure projects throughout Florida. Openings in several locations such as Tampa, Fort Myers, Jacksonville, and Orlando area. Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day field operations on water and wastewater construction projectsCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, equipment, and workforceEnsure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budgetMaintain quality control and compliance with project specificationsLead site meetings and communicate with project managers, owners, and inspectorsOversee site logistics, scheduling, and production planningDrive safety culture and enforce company and OSHA standardsQualifications:Experience as a Superintendent on WWTP, WTP, pump station, or municipal utility projectsStrong knowledge of civil, mechanical, structural concrete, and process piping scopesProven ability to manage crews and multiple subcontractors in the fieldWillingness to travel throughout Florida and the Southeast as neededThis is an excellent opportunity to join a growing contractor with a strong backlog of complex water infrastructure projects and long-term career growth potential.Compensation up to $160,000 for highly experienced candidates, plus bonus, vehicle allowance/company vehicle, and full benefits.BenefitsFull health, vision, dental benefits401k matchAllowancesPTO, Vacation
