Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to own and deliver end-to-end software solutions for our Sales organization's AI-powered applications. You'll take ownership of the UI, workflow, integrations, and data layer across an existing portfolio of AI tools — driving architectural decisions, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with our AI team, Business Solutions Lead, and product owners — while our AI team continues to own the underlying algorithm and model components. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, Agile environment, take ownership from concept through production, and use AI-assisted development tools as part of your daily workflow.

What You Will Do:

• Own the software layers of our AI-powered Sales applications — UI, workflow, integrations, and data validation — while our AI team owns the underlying algorithm and model components.
• Take over support and enhancement of the existing AI application portfolio, progressively reducing dependence on the AI team.
• Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of complex full-stack features, from user interfaces to services and data stores.
• Architect scalable, robust solutions; participate in architecture reviews and POC reviews with the AI team, and contribute to the evolution of our software stack and solution designs for new tools.
• Write high-quality, well-tested code with strong unit, integration, and end-to-end tests; champion quality, reliability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with the Business Solutions Lead, product owners, and cross-functional teams to refine requirements, define technical work, and prioritize enhancements.
• Leverage the AI team's shared infrastructure, DevOps, and operational support rather than rebuilding it, deploying through the existing containerized platform and CI/CD pipeline.
• Train other professionals and provide technical leadership on methods and processes within their discipline; mentor junior engineers and offshore support, and enforce best practices in code quality, documentation, testing, and version control.

What You Need to Succeed:

• 7+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience (or equivalent), with a track record of delivering large-scale software from concept through production.
• Bachelor's degree required (Informatics or Computer Science preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in Python and React (JavaScript/TypeScript); experience building APIs with FastAPI or similar frameworks.
• Deep experience designing, developing, and maintaining REST APIs and RESTful services, including event- and workflow-driven integrations (e.g., inbox and CRM connections); solid understanding of microservices patterns.
• Working familiarity with DevOps and QE (quality engineering) concepts — CI/CD, containerized deployment, and automated testing — and comfort building cloud-based production systems (Azure primarily) within an existing shared platform.
• Experience with SQL, data modeling, and designing for performance and reliability.
• Fluent daily use of AI-assisted development tools, including agentic workflows and CLI's such as Claude Code or Codex.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives, mentor others, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experiences:

• Experience integrating with or extending generative AI / ML services and agentic architectures.
• Experience with prompt engineering and developing or maintaining reusable AI skills, prompt libraries, or tool definitions for agentic systems.
• Dynamics 365 / CRM integration experience.
• Experience with testing automation, release management, and support/on-call practices.
• Background in sales or quoting workflows.
• Must be able to clearly and concisely communicate technical perspective and status to ensure shared understanding both upwards and downwards in the organization.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment while providing consistent application lifecycle management.
