Supply Management Specialist

Candidates will be considered from Dubuque, Cary and Rock Island locations. Required Skills and Experience Minimum Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related discipline; MBA a plus. 1 or more years of experience planning and coordinating with cross-enterprise product delivery teams and management teams. Skill in managing risk, managing change, negotiation, and conflict resolution. Experience with SAP (a plus) and Excel (required). Ability to communicate well with people from different job functions via email and phone (highly important). Detail oriented. Ability to multi-task. Experience with materials planning or buying. Knowledge Requirements Provides management and leadership to work teams for the successful delivery of strategic business projects or product introductions by gathering necessary resources, establishing priorities and delivering outcomes that are focused on business growth, products, and/or improving customer satisfaction or channel partner development. Responsibilities Leads work teams to gather necessary resources and establish priorities in support of strategic business initiatives or product introductions. Identifies the project deliverable, directs the design of the project plan, and leads the execution of the plan. Ensures projects are developed with realistic outcomes, business objectives and customer satisfaction targets. Determines and secures resources to assure successful completion of a project.
