City Auto Murfreesboro is looking for a full-time Automotive Sales Consultant to help manage internet leads, customer follow-up, appointment setting, and digital communication. Compensation and Benefits

This role offers $50,000 to $125,000+ annual earning potential through flat-rate incentives, performance bonuses, and an annual Christmas bonus based on performance.

Our dealership is also closed on Sundays , giving our team consistent time to recharge.

What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you'll manage a high volume of inbound automotive internet leads and customer inquiries. You'll follow up quickly and professionally by phone, email, text, chat, and social media to answer questions, build trust, and schedule appointments.

You'll also help support dealership visibility online by creating and sharing digital content such as vehicle photos, videos, reels, and social media posts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube .

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys inside sales, lead generation, customer follow-up, appointment setting, CRM activity, social media engagement, and automotive sales support .
