Founding Team Opportunity Full-Time Role Manhattan Beach New Graduates Encouraged to Apply $90,000–$140,000/year Myo is coming to Manhattan Beach in Fall 2026, and we're intentionally building our founding team from the ground up. We're starting conversations early to bring together a high-calibre group of clinicians who want to help define the standard, shape the culture, and introduce the Myo experience to the community from day one. As a founding clinician, you'll play a key role in establishing the clinical standard, client experience, and team culture at our newest Los Angeles clinic. Located in a vibrant and active community, the clinic will serve surfers, runners, athletes, professionals, and families who value movement, performance, longevity, and proactive healthcare. Opportunity to represent Myo at major events and activations, including the LA Marathon, NYC Marathon, Erewhon, Lululemon SeaWheeze, and more. Select activations may include expense-covered travel. Premium 1:1 Care Treat fewer than 8 clients per day in a true one-on-one care model. Work with engaged clients focused on movement, performance, and proactive care. Practice in a collaborative clinical environment with ongoing case discussions and peer learning. Compensation & Benefits Competitive total compensation combining base salary with a performance-based fee split, scaled to experience, clinical performance, and alignment with Myo’s core values. Active or eligible chiropractic license in California Strong commitment to high-quality assessment, hands-on care, and movement-based treatment.
