Wallwork is hiring an Outside Parts Sales Representative to serve assigned accounts, grow heavy truck parts sales, and deliver parts to businesses throughout the area. This position combines sales, customer service, and hands-on work, with variety throughout your day.

You don’t have to live in Great Falls to be considered Candidates from surrounding communities are welcome to apply. There is some flexibility in where you’re based, provided you can regularly serve the assigned territory and coordinate with our Great Falls parts team.

• Location flexibility: Live in Great Falls or a surrounding community while serving customers throughout the assigned territory.

• Base pay plus commission: A $48,000 annual base salary with the opportunity to earn commission.
• Customer relationships: Work directly with assigned accounts while finding opportunities to bring in new business.
• Variety throughout your day: Combine customer visits, phone sales, order coordination, and parts deliveries.
• Independent work: Plan and organize customer calls and route activities while coordinating with the parts team.

What you’ll do

• Visit and contact assigned customers to understand their parts needs, provide service, and generate sales.
• Prospect for new customers and develop new accounts.
• Submit customer parts orders, follow up on sales, and coordinate deliveries and returns.
• Deliver parts using company vehicles, including a pickup and gooseneck trailer where applicable.
• Load and unload parts and operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Process core, battery, warranty, and new-part returns according to company procedures.
• Complete vehicle safety checks, operate equipment safely, and promptly report safety concerns.
• Stay current on products and industry information so you can better support customers.
• Maintain dependable attendance and provide professional, responsive customer service.

What you’ll bring

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of experience in the heavy truck parts industry and/or sales.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly.
• The ability to read and follow instructions, stay organized, and work independently.
• The ability to handle changing priorities and work effectively with customers and coworkers.
• The ability to perform the hands-on duties of the role, including loading and unloading parts, lifting and carrying, bending, and working around vehicles and warehouse equipment.

Pay

Expected total annual compensation is $60,000–$80,000 , consisting of a $48,000 base salary plus commission. Actual total earnings will vary based on commission earned.
