Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a skilled crew in sheet metal ensuring top-quality work and safety.
• Coordinate effectively with other trades for seamless project execution.
• Manage materials, tools, and job costs to drive efficiency and productivity.
• Represent your team in strategic discussions and daily huddles.

Position Requirements

Requirements:

• Must have Journeyman Certification in Sheet Metal.
• Clear background check and drug screening.
• High School diploma or equivalent
• OSHA 30 Certification.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work on ladders, and in various conditions.
