We are looking for an experienced Commercial Landscaper with a background in general maintenance, landscaping, and landscape improvement projects.
Responsibilities
- Maintain lawns, flower beds, shrubs, trees, and common areas.
- Mow, edge, trim, weed, blow, mulch, and perform seasonal cleanups.
- Assist with landscape design, installation, and improvement projects.
- Perform basic general maintenance and outdoor repairs.
- Operate landscaping equipment and power tools safely.
- Maintain clean, safe, and attractive apartment communities.
- Communicate with property managers regarding maintenance and landscaping needs.
Qualifications
- Previous landscaping and general maintenance experience.
- Multi-family/apartment experience preferred.
- Knowledge of landscape design and installation.
- Reliable and able to work independently.
- Ability to work outdoors and lift/move landscaping materials.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
