Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $25/hr

We are looking for a professional, personable, and organized Client Hospitality Specialist to join our Brighton office and serve as an important part of our client experience.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in creating a welcoming environment, and is able to balance excellent client service with administrative responsibilities.

Position Overview

The Client Hospitality Specialist will be responsible for creating a warm, professional, and seamless experience for clients and visitors while providing administrative support to the advisors and team. This individual will be one of the first points of contact for clients visiting or contacting our office and will play an important role in maintaining the high level of service Main Financial Group is known for.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and warmly welcome clients and visitors to the office.
• Provide an exceptional and professional client experience from arrival through departure.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with scheduling client appointments and coordinating calendars.
• Prepare meeting materials and assist advisors with administrative needs.
• Help prepare conference rooms and provide hospitality for client meetings and events.
• Assist with client events, including setup, organization, and follow-up.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and client-facing environment.
• Monitor office and client hospitality supplies and place orders as needed to ensure the office is well-stocked and prepared for clients and team members.
• Assist with mail, scanning, filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain accurate client information and records while adhering to firm procedures.
• Handle confidential client and company information with discretion.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the team as needed.
