Duties Attend mandatory weekly meetings Have a great attitude, after all you work for an awesome roofing company! Canvass and network! There are lots of ways that we secure projects but nothing beats good old fashioned conversations. Manage our customer's projects from beginning to end, from the first conversation to the last nail being picked up. Attend Adjuster meetings with insurance adjusters, and act as liaison between the customers, back office and insurance by walking them through the steps of the claims process. Utilize project management software for tracking progress and reporting. Conduct risk management assessments to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies (This was added by AI, I have no idea what this means). Apply quality management principles to ensure deliverables meet established standards(Ok, AI is doing too much). Engage in conflict management and negotiation as necessary to resolve issues impacting project timelines or outcomes. Network with qualified homeowners. Conduct inspections on damaged roofs. Help homeowners file an insurance claim on qualified roofs and navigate the claim process. (Don't worry, we handle most of that for you) Qualifications You need to have a pulse. You need to have a great personality. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously(okay this AI statement can stay). Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels(we have no stakeholders but you definitely need strong communication skills). Drug free and be able to pass a background check. Have a well running vehicle.
