What you will enjoy doing:

• Enforce HS&E standards by implementing requirements and ensuring employee compliance
• Execute plans to meet operational, business, and customer needs
• Ensure adherence to work instructions and standardized procedures
• Lead continuous improvement efforts within the Operations team
• Develop, train, and grow team talent using training and skill matrices
• Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks while maintaining clear documentation and checklists

What makes you great:

• 5–10 years of plant operations experience; 3–5 years in operations management preferred
• Experience in customer service and aviation/aerospace industry experience is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Your background reflects a solid combination of technical knowledge, leadership, and customer focus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
