Description Providence is calling for Senior Manager Clinical Pharmacy - Pharmacy - Hybrid The Senior Clinical Manager - Specialty Pharmacotherapy Clinics is a clinically advanced, operationally focused pharmacy leader responsible for the oversight, implementation, and optimization of specialty pharmacotherapy clinic programs in a hospital setting. This role integrates clinical practice leadership, program implementation, and performance management to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care for patients with complex and chronic conditions managed through collaborative drug therapy management models. We are hiring for two positions. The focus area of each is as follows: Pharmacotherapy Specialty Services (i.e. Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, and Cardiology) Pharmacotherapy Oncology and Anticoagulation Services Providence caregivers are not simply valued - they're invaluable. Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License or Upon hire: Oregon Pharmacist License or Upon hire: California Pharmacist Registered 5 years Ambulatory Pharmacy Clinical experience. 3 years Ambulatory Pharmacy Clinical leadership experience. Preferred Qualifications: PharmD in Pharmacy or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Master's Degree in MPH; MBA or equivalent education/experience. 3 years collaborative drug therapy management clinical practice experience. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
