As an Accounting Intern, you'll join the Accounting team within Finance and get hands‑on experience across a wide range of accounting operations. You'll collaborate with teams like Tax, FP&A, Treasury, and Source-to-Pay to support day‑to‑day processes, month/quarter‑end close, and accounting transformation projects. You'll contribute real work from balance sheet reconciliations to system implementations, gaining exposure across multiple accounting functions and international stakeholders. What you'll do: Prepare assigned balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting schedules for month-end close cycles with guidance and review from Accounting team members Collaborate across Global GL Operations, Revenue Accounting, Digital Asset Inventory Accounting, and Capital Markets/Prime Financing Accounting, working with US and international stakeholders Contribute to critical accounting projects such as new system logic implementations, process enhancements, or product launches Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation, including non-US subsidiary statutory financial statements Maintain process documentation and ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and procedures throughout all assigned workstreams Required Skills and Experience: Currently pursuing a BA/BS degree in Accounting or a related field with foundational knowledge of US GAAP Demonstrated analytical ability applied to accounting or finance contexts, such as reconciliations, variance analysis, or financial modeling through coursework, projects, or prior experience Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and meet deadlines, including prioritizing across competing workstreams Familiarity with SQL, Snowflake, Looker, or similar analytics tools, or experience with digital assets and the crypto economy Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality Pay Transparency Notice Depending on your work location, the target hourly rate for this position can range as detailed below.
