Who You Are
You are a skilled acupuncturist who has genuine respect for what integrative and regenerative medicine can do — not just as a philosophical stance, but as something you have seen work for patients. You do not need to be convinced that IV therapy, frequency-based protocols, and brain regeneration work belong alongside classical Chinese medicine. You find it interesting. You want to understand how the pieces fit together and what your contribution is to the larger clinical picture.

You are also honest with yourself about how you work best. You thrive in a structured environment. You can see 6 to 10 patients in a day, deliver quality care in each appointment, and keep the schedule moving. You know how to be fully present with a patient without losing track of time. Efficiency and care are not in conflict for you — you have figured out how to do both.

When leadership or clinical protocols set a standard, you follow it first and raise a question second. Not because you check your clinical judgment at the door, but because you understand that a well-run clinic requires alignment, and you are the kind of practitioner who earns the right to shape the process by demonstrating you can work within it. If something is not working, you say so directly. You do not quietly work around it.

What you are tired of: environments where you are isolated, unsupported, or not taken seriously as a clinician. You want to work alongside medical providers who respect what acupuncture does, in a setting where you are part of the care team, not a separate service down the hall.

About bVital
bVital is a regenerative medicine and brain health clinic in Park City, Utah. We offer IV therapy, brain regeneration protocols, and an evolving suite of integrative clinical services for patients dealing with serious neurological conditions, chronic illness, and performance decline. Our patients are motivated. They have often exhausted conventional options and come to us because they are serious about outcomes. Our team includes medical providers, NPs, and clinical specialists working from a shared patient record, meeting regularly to align on care. We take quality seriously at every layer, and we expect the same from everyone on the team.

The Role
You will carry a full outpatient caseload of 6 to 10 patients per day, supported by clinical and administrative staff. Appointments are structured and scheduled. You are expected to run on time, deliver quality care within each session, and keep the day moving. This is not an environment where sessions routinely run long — effective time management with patients is a core expectation of the role, not an afterthought.

Clinical Care

• Conduct patient assessments covering presenting conditions, health history, lifestyle factors, and treatment goals.
• Develop individualized acupuncture treatment plans and adjust them as patients progress.
• Integrate your clinical perspective into a broader care plan that may include IV therapy, regenerative protocols, and other modalities delivered by the team.
• Collaborate directly with medical providers and other practitioners in case discussions and care coordination.
• Educate patients on self-care, what to expect from their treatment plan, and how acupuncture works alongside the other modalities they are receiving.

Documentation and Team Integration

• Complete accurate, timely session notes within our EMR system — same day, every day.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case reviews and contribute your clinical perspective on shared patients.
• Follow established clinical protocols. If you have input on improving them, bring it through the right channel.

Who Thrives Here

Must-haves:

• Active Utah L.Ac. licensure (required)
• NCCAOM certification (required)
• Demonstrated clinical experience treating chronic pain, nervous system conditions, fatigue, trauma, or emotional dysregulation
• Comfortable carrying a caseload of 5 to 8 patients per day and managing time effectively within each appointment
• Strong documentation habits — notes completed accurately and same day
• Genuine belief in integrative and regenerative medicine as a clinical approach, not just a work setting

Bonus points:

• Experience in an integrative, functional, or regenerative medicine clinical environment
• Tan Balance method or other orthopedic acupuncture training
• Chinese herbal medicine background or additional certification in complementary modalities
• Experience with regenerative biologics and stem cell therapies
• Comfort supervising MAs or clinical support staff during patient procedures
• Background in an IV therapy or infusion clinic environment

This is not the right fit if...

• You are skeptical of regenerative or frequency-based medicine and would find it difficult to speak about it with patients positively and honestly.
• You prefer to practice on your own terms and find it frustrating when clinical protocols or scheduling structures do not accommodate your approach.
• You need extended session time with every patient to feel like you are doing good work. The expectation here is 6 to 10 patients per day, and that is not negotiable.
• You are newer to practice and looking for a mentored environment to build foundational skills. This role expects clinical independence from day one.

How You'll Be Measured

1. Patient outcomes and retention — are patients progressing and continuing care as planned?
2. Schedule adherence — appointments run on time, caseload managed without consistent overruns
3. Documentation quality and timeliness — notes completed accurately and same day
4. Team integration — active participation in case reviews, clear communication with clinical colleagues

Compensation and Details

• Salary: $65,000–$85,000 DOE
• Employment type: Full-time, salaried
• Location: Park City, UT — in-person, outpatient only
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6 to 10 patients per day. No weekends, no on-call.
