The Physician work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.This role will require you to work onsite at our Boerne, Texas clinic. This role is ideal for a compassionate, experienced clinician who excels in a collaborative, patient-centered environment and is committed to improving outcomes for adult and geriatric populations.Why You'll Love Working With UsTeam-Based Care Model: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team focused on whole-person care—physical, emotional, and social.More Time With Patients: Enjoy a lower daily patient volume to foster deeper relationships and deliver more personalized care.Supportive Culture: Work in a welcoming, inclusive environment that values teamwork, innovation, and learning.Main ResponsibilitiesYou will deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients.You will maintain accurate medical records and documentation.You will diagnose and manage moderately to complex medical conditions.You will coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists.You will participate in clinical quality improvement projects.You will work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.You will contribute to projects and innovations in care delivery.Required QualificationsMD or DO from an accredited medical school.Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice.Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.Preferred Qualifications2 years' experience in value-based care or managing high-acuity geriatric patients.Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40Pay Range: $255,000 - $298,500 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
