Shift 6:00pm-6:00am; Friday, Saturday, Sunday Facility Daviess Community Hospital Job Description **$1500 sign-on bonus** Performs venipuncture and skin punctures competently and expediently aswell as collection of various swabs. Has thorough knowledge of test requirements, assists in Clinical Laboratoryas needed. Responsibilities include blood cultures, blood samples, urine drug screening, must be able to give instructions to patient for various specimen collections. Qualifications Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required. Phlebotomy certification preferred as well, but not required. Excellent communication and customer service skills required-must be comfortableand professional in interacting with clients, office staff and patients.
