Certified Medication Aide

Touchstone Communities is seeking a Certified Medication Aide for double-weekend shifts in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. In this role, you will safely administer medications, monitor and document resident responses, and support nurses in delivering person-centered care. You’ll assist with basic resident needs, follow strict regulatory and infection-control standards, and communicate closely with families and the care team.
