Responsibilities
- Prepare the operating room and assist the surgical team to establish and maintain a sterile field
- Handle instrument and supply preparation, counts, and passing of instruments during procedures
- Anticipate instrument needs and assist the surgeon and circulating nurse as directed
- Maintain aseptic technique and infection control standards throughout procedures
- Assist with specimen handling, documentation, and turnover between cases
- Monitor patient safety and support teams during high-volume surgical cases, including trauma-related procedures

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of strong overall Level 1 trauma experience
- Must be listed in work history as Level 1 trauma experience
- Strong rating on skills checklist
- Ability to work in a high-demand, fast-paced trauma setting
- Eligible for a 13-week travel assignment starting 06/15/2026 and able to commit to 40 hours per week with a 4x10-hour shift pattern
