This role is ideal for apprentices or junior plumbers who want to develop well-rounded skills in excavation, sewer and water line installation, trench work, service repairs, diagnostics, and system replacements.This is not a narrow plumbing role. You will gain valuable experience working both above and below ground, learning the full plumbing system from underground utilities and excavation projects to service calls and system troubleshooting.You 'll work alongside experienced professionals while building long-term technical skills that create strong earning potential and advancement opportunities. Operate or assist with mini excavators, skid steers, trenchers, and related equipment while ensuring safe digging practices, OSHA compliance, and plumbing code standards.
