Bayshore Bodega is looking for an experienced, hands on Café Manager to help lead our waterfront neighborhood spot in Naples.

We want someone who knows how to run a smooth shift, lead a team, take care of customers, and keep things moving when it gets busy. This is not a sit in the office manager position. You will be behind the counter making drinks, preparing food, helping guests, solving problems, and making sure the café is ready to go every day.

We also want someone with personality and creativity. Have an idea for a seasonal drink, food special, event, Reel, display, or something fun we should try? We love people who bring ideas to the table.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily café operations and keep shifts running smoothly
• Open and close the café and make sure everything is ready for service
• Lead, support, and hold the team accountable
• Keep the team organized and on task during busy periods
• Make coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages
• Prepare and serve food from our menu
• Maintain high standards for food, drinks, cleanliness, presentation, and customer service
• Handle customer questions and issues professionally
• Help manage inventory, ordering, stocking, and organization
• Make sure food safety and proper handling procedures are followed
• Build relationships with regulars and create a welcoming neighborhood atmosphere
• Bring ideas for new drinks, food specials, promotions, events, displays, and social media content

What We're Looking For

• Previous management or shift lead experience is required
• Café, restaurant, hospitality, or food service experience is required
• Comfortable making drinks and preparing food
• Confident leading a team in a busy environment
• Organized, dependable, and able to take ownership
• Friendly and comfortable connecting with customers
• Able to solve problems and stay calm under pressure
• Creative and willing to share ideas
• Comfortable working mornings, weekends, and a flexible schedule as needed

We will show you how Bayshore Bodega does things, but we are looking for someone who already understands customer service, food service, leadership, and what it takes to keep a café running smoothly.

This is a true hands on management role. You need to be comfortable making drinks, preparing food, handling a rush, cleaning, helping customers, and leading the team wherever needed.
