The Role The successful attorney will support and lead key components of the practice, including: Advise on public capital markets offerings, including IPOs and follow-on offerings. Support private offerings, including PIPE and venture capital financings. Assist with periodic securities reporting and related public-company matters. Work on public and private company M&A, including structured transactions. Coordinate corporate transaction execution across multidisciplinary teams. Ideal Candidate Profile The firm is seeking a Corporate – Life Sciences Transactions Associate with: Law school class year 2018–2022. Substantial corporate transactional experience involving life sciences companies or investment funds. Experience with public capital markets, private financings, securities reporting and M&A. California bar admission, or eligibility to obtain admission promptly. Compensation and Benefits The anticipated base salary range for this position is $260,000–$420,000, depending on experience, qualifications and other relevant factors.
