We are hiring **Attendants**to play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and visually appealing environment for both employees and guests. This role is vital to our service standards and service success.*This role requires a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, and the ability to work evening shifts as needed.*## Job Description* Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in tasting rooms, offices, production areas, and public spaces* Clean windows, doors, and glass surfaces at standard heights* Sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and mirrors; restock supplies* Clean fermentation tanks, barrels, tools, hoses, drains, and other equipment to maintain hygiene standards* Promptly clean spills, especially in high-traffic and production areas* Maintain patios, walkways, outdoor seating, and landscaped areas by removing trash, debris, and leaves* Power wash outdoor surfaces as needed* Empty trash, recycling, and compost bins; ensure proper waste disposal per winery policies* Monitor waste levels and coordinate vendor removal services* Follow OSHA and regulatory guidelines for cleaning and material handling* Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors* Store and label cleaning supplies properly; monitor and restock inventory* Communicate with management to order supplies as needed* Assist with setup and cleanup before, during, and after events or tastings* Keep public areas presentable for tours and private functions* Coordinate with production and front-of-house teams to minimize disruption during cleaning* Support departments with tasks like wine bottle polishing, labeling, and stocking* Handle unexpected cleaning emergencies promptly* Maintain cleanliness in breakrooms and employee areas## Qualifications* Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required* Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required* Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment* Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team* Attention to detail to ensure dishes are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized* Strong organizational and time management skillsPay Range: $19.00 - $21.00 an hour.
