This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional with proven expertise in demand generation and field marketing execution who is ready to drive measurable pipeline impact in a fast-growing cybersecurity organization.Reporting to the Senior Manager, Americas Regional Marketing, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing regional marketing programs that support sales pipeline acceleration. You will partner closely with sales leadership and field teams to deliver high-impact campaigns, events, and account-based marketing initiatives that drive both opportunity volume and quality.What You'll DoField Marketing & EventsExecute regional marketing events, including executive roundtables, industry conferences, partner co-marketing programs, and customer engagement activitiesManage logistics, messaging, speaker coordination, and attendee follow-up to ensure events deliver measurable pipeline impactSupport the development of premium experiences that strengthen customer relationships and generate qualified demand from key personas (CISOs, CIOs, Security Architects, etc.)Territory & Account SupportIdentify territory-level opportunities for pipeline acceleration and design targeted marketing programs to support key accounts and expansion opportunitiesCollaborate with sales teams to understand regional priorities and translate them into effective marketing initiativesSupport field sales with collateral, messaging, and lead generation assets that enable sales teams to maximize territory performanceProgram Management & AnalyticsDefine, track, and report on program-level KPIs tied to pipeline creation, lead quality, and marketing influenceMaintain detailed records of campaign performance, marketing spend, and ROI analysis to support decision-makingProvide regular insights and recommendations on program effectiveness to support continuous improvementCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with corporate marketing, product marketing, and partner marketing teams to align regional execution with broader company prioritiesWork closely with sales leadership and field teams to ensure marketing programs address evolving needs and opportunitiesCommunicate results, insights, and strategic recommendations to the Senior Manager and broader regional leadership teamQualificationsWhat we expect4+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or regional marketing within B2B technology (cybersecurity experience strongly preferred)Proven track record of designing and executing marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline creation and support sales team objectivesTechnical acumen: Ability to market to technical and executive audiences (CISOs, CIOs, DevOps, Security Architects) and translate technical value propositions into compelling marketing messagingCampaign management skills: Strong experience in program planning, project management, budget tracking, and cross-functional coordinationAnalytical capabilities: Comfort with marketing metrics, pipeline attribution, campaign ROI analysis, and data-driven decision makingEvent execution experience: Proven ability to plan and execute events that engage target audiences and drive business resultsSelf-directed and adaptable: Comfortable working in a decentralized environment, managing multiple priorities, and adjusting approach based on market feedbackStrong communication and collaboration skills: Proven ability to work effectively across sales, marketing, and technical teams with diverse perspectivesBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)Nice to HaveExperience in the cybersecurity or infrastructure software marketsFamiliarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systemsBackground working in fast-growing, acquisition-integrated organizationsExperience with ABX (Account-Based Expansion) methodologiesFD21For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $105,700 - $150,000, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs.
