Implementation Specialist

Implementation Specialist responsible for installing, configuring, and customizing GE HealthCare's patient care infrastructure systems at client sites. The role involves collaborating across technical teams, managing customer relationships, and ensuring successful post-sale deployment with extensive travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Install, monitor, and customize patient care infrastructure systems at customer locations across the United States
• Collaborate with sales, project managers, network design, and customer IT/biomedical teams to implement solutions
• Assess and remediate existing customer infrastructure to support new solution deployment and connectivity
• Develop customer relationships, identify needs, and ensure satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up
• Document installations, maintain service records, conduct technical walkthroughs, and provide equipment operation training

Requirements

• Bachelor's or associate degree or equivalent professional experience
• 4+ years installing and configuring network equipment
• 1+ year demonstrated leadership experience
• Experience remediating enterprise networking infrastructure
• Knowledge of disaster recovery procedures and implementation
• Current understanding of security and networking best practices
• Understanding of cybersecurity vulnerabilities

Compensation: $60,000-$90,000 annual base
