Required Skills and Experience Proven Software Engineering Experience: A minimum of 5 years of software engineering expertise, specifically within ML/AI infrastructure, LLM systems, or distributed platform services at scale. Leadership in Technical Initiatives: Demonstrated capacity to lead numerous initiatives from conception to deployment with tangible impacts across platforms. Technical Proficiency in LLMs: Deep knowledge of orchestration patterns for LLMs, agent frameworks, and vector databases, along with experience in model serving architectures across various providers.
