Accounting Supervisor

Office Manager – Wood Dale, ILWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Manager to support daily office operations and provide administrative and accounting assistance. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, proficient in Microsoft Office, and has a solid understanding of basic accounting principles.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasksAssist with basic accounting functions such as invoicing, expense tracking, and data entryMaintain organized records, files, and documentationSupport scheduling, correspondence, and internal communicationsWork closely with leadership and team members to keep operations running smoothlyHandle general office coordination and vendor communicationQualifications:Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (AP/AR, bookkeeping fundamentals)Fluent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook; Teams a plus)Excellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentPrior office administration or accounting support experience preferredCompensation & Benefits:Salary: $50,000–$52,500 annuallyFull-time position, Monday–FridayOpportunity for growth within a stable, professional organization
