Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities

• Follow up with inbound leads quickly and consistently
• Conduct buyer and seller consultations
• Show homes and attend listing appointments
• Write and negotiate contracts
• Manage transactions from contract to close alongside operations support
• Host open houses and prospect for new business opportunities
• Maintain accurate CRM and database communication
• Build and nurture relationships within your pipeline
• Participate in team training, accountability meetings, and coaching sessions
• Deliver high-level communication and client service throughout the transaction process
• Work collaboratively with leadership, operations, and marketing support staff

Qualifications:

• Experience in real estate sales, with a valid Florida real estate license

• Ability to quickly and consistently follow up with inbound leads, ensuring no opportunity is missed

• Proven track record of conducting successful buyer and seller consultations, leading to closed deals

• Skilled in writing and negotiating contracts, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy

• Ability to manage transactions from contract to close, collaborating effectively with operations support

• Experience in hosting open houses and prospecting for new business opportunities

• Proficiency in maintaining accurate CRM and database communication, ensuring seamless client interactions and follow-ups
