You will lead jobs, crews, and projects alongside other HVAC installers and superintendents - primarily new residential, commercial, and multi-family construction. We are looking for a team player who is ready to learn, loves the feeling of a job well done and takes pride in completing customer jobs with efficiency. A positive attitude is a must! Responsibilities Install, modify, inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment according to specification and building codes Identify hazards and safety problems applicable to the installation and operations of HVAC projects Take necessary corrective action to fix these problems Make decisions on the job site without interruption to the business or work and job quality Manage multiple projects simultaneously Build and maintain project schedules and meet deadlines Read blueprints Complete quality control sheets Qualifications Leadership skills and the ability to empower individuals on your team Ability to produce quality work Excellent communication skills to be used when working with builders, general contractors, and project managers Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures including ventilation, air conditioning, heating, and environmental control systems. Ability to follow directions High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Strong work ethic that you display daily Ability to read blueprints Ability to work 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM Monday through Thursday and an occasional Friday Relevant HVAC experience is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
