Overview
Department: OFIL Physical TherapyShift: 0730-1600 Per Diem Facility: Olympia Fields Hospital Location: 20201 South Crawford Ave, Olympia Fields, IL 60461Compensation Rate: $34.16Responsibilities
Under the direction and supervision of the Physical Therapist, provides medically prescribed therapeutic services in order to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary and/or integumentary disorders. Performs responsibilities in accordance with Physical Therapy, state and federal regulatory, licensing and accrediting requirements.
Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. A.A. Degree.
2. Current state Physical Therapist Assistance license.
3. Current BCLS (AHA) Certificate upon hire and maintain current.
4. Healthcare experience preferred.

$34.16.
