Associate, Training & Quality - Bilingual Job Description Principais responsabilidades: Entender as necessidades das operações de atendimento ao cliente para a confecção de planos de desenvolvimento e capacitação. Participar de reuniões de kick-off e reuniões periódicas com os Clientes contratantes, bem como ser treinado ou absorver o conteúdo programático fornecido pelo Cliente. Elaborar e aplicar programas de treinamento de produto às equipes de atendimento ao cliente, inclusive novos Líderes Elaborar e aplicar programas de reciclagens e atualizações de produto às equipes de atendimento ao cliente, inclusive novos Líderes Acompanhar diariamente e elaborar diários de bordo e relatórios pessoais de evolução no treinamento. Quando necessário, apoiar a redação de forma didática na elaboração de comunicados. Aplicar testes de aproveitamento e de avaliação dos treinandos para apresentar ao cliente. Apoiar a Qualidade na elaboração de conteúdo para “mesas redondas” com Agentes para retirar dúvidas e afinar o entendimento dos processos de atendimento. Preencher planilhas de controle e encaminhar para os responsáveis de acordo com o contrato e as necessidades internas do COPC. Sugerir / elaborar / apoiar comunicados e alertas de qualidade sobre os processos operacionais Sugerir e/ou apoiar campanhas motivacionais para atingimento de resultados Participar de reuniões de calibração junto ao Cliente Contratante, Operações, Agentes e Analistas de Qualidade quando necessário Participar, junto à Qualidade, de reuniões de alinhamento de conceitos para o correto entendimento ou atualização dos soft skills Elaborar apresentações de resultados Requisitos: Vaga exclusiva para Agentes de Atendimento da Operação de MSC de São Paulo Sujeito a análise salarial Mínimo 06 meses no cargo atual; ABS com média de até 7% nos últimos 3 meses (Junho, Julho e Agosto/2026); Não ter medida disciplinar nos últimos 6 meses e durante o processo seletivo (Março a Agosto/2026); Não ter férias previstas durante o processo seletivo (Setembro, Outubro) Espanhol Avançado; Superior cursando ou completo.
