About the Role We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Tasting Room Associate at Beaulieu Vineyard with a background in customer service, a good eye for detail, and truly enjoys fostering a wonderful experience for every guest that visits the property. As a Part Time Tasting Room Associate, you will be the main point of contact for our guests, so a polite, friendly, and energetic demeanor is a must. Key Responsibilities Set-up and host wine tastings and tours for guests

Sell wine, merchandise and wine clubs to meet sales goals

Work with team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences

Provide hospitality that exceeds our competitors and our guests’ expectations

Stay current on Beaulieu Vineyard wines and customer offerings

Be engaged and active in local wine industry community – know our market

Be informed on local hospitality offerings and make recommendations to guests

Participate in TWE training programs

Strive for WISE triple score sales and service results

Open, close and operate cash registers

Assist in events, private dinners and various site activities

Assist with inventory, restocking, and merchandising

Follow site policies and procedures including but not limited to: Opening and closing, inventory of merchandise and wine, etc.

Provide backup support for tastings and tours

About you Must be 21 years of age

Strong customer service skills

Passionate for wine

Sales focused with a hospitality mindset

Strong presentation and wine education skills

Dynamic communication skills & positive attitude

Professional appearance and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage projects through completion

Knowledge of wine, food, and the Napa/Sonoma Hospitality market

Available weekends, holidays and some evenings

Must be able to lift 50 lbs. (a case of wine)

Hourly rate ranges from $21.15 to $23.00 per hour, based on experience, skills, role scope, location, and business needs. Incentive pay:

Eligible to participate in the Direct-to-Consumer Sales Incentive Plan (DSIP), offering variable compensation based on site performance. Incentive pay is not guaranteed. Estimated on-target earnings:

$23.27 to $25.30 per hour, based on base pay plus target DSIP at target performance (where applicable). Actual earnings vary based on site performance, hours worked, and role classification. Tips:

Tips are paid by customers and vary by location, shift, and customer volume. Tips are not guaranteed. Based on historical experience in some locations/shifts, tips have at times added approximately 21% above base pay for some employees. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, candidate experience, skills, internal equity, geographic location, and applicable employment laws.
