We are hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a small mom-and-pop company, a driver-focused regional reefer operation. Drivers enjoy consistent miles, weekly home time, flexible scheduling, and non-forced dispatch.
Pay & Miles
- $0.60 CPM with 2 years of experience
- $0.62 CPM with 3 years of experience
- $0.65 CPM with 4+ years of experience
- 2,700–3,000 miles per week
- Average weekly earnings of $1,620.00–$1,950.00
- $1,500.00 sign-on bonus after 2 weeks of driving
Home Time & Schedule
- Home weekly
- 5 days out with a minimum 34-hour reset
- Flexible scheduling
- Drivers must run at least 2 loads per week
- Drivers can leave Saturday, Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday
- Non-forced dispatch
- Drivers can take their trucks home
Regional Routes
- Primarily operating throughout Michigan, Ohio, and Pennsylvania
- Occasional runs into New York, New Jersey, and Delaware
- No NYC
- Typically 2 trips per week
- Consistent routes designed to provide 2,700–3,000 miles weekly
Equipment
- Freightliner Cascadia tractors
- No slip seating
- Trucks can be taken home
- No driver-facing cameras

- Valid Class A CDL
