It's an opportunity to become a key contributor in driving continuous improvement, reducing downtime, and helping shape the future of our maintenance operations.What You'll DoAs a Maintenance Planner/Analyst, you will:Develop, coordinate, and schedule preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.Analyze maintenance data, work orders, and equipment performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.Collaborate with Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, and Reliability teams to optimize asset performance.Build and maintain detailed job plans, including labor requirements, materials, equipment, and estimated completion times.Monitor maintenance KPIs and generate reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure maintenance schedules are aligned with production requirements and business priorities.Manage maintenance documentation and support the integrity of the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).Identify opportunities to reduce downtime, improve productivity, and enhance equipment reliability.Support budgeting, forecasting, and maintenance cost analysis activities.Promote a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence.What Makes You a Great FitWe're looking for someone who brings a combination of analytical skills, planning expertise, and a passion for continuous improvement.Preferred QualificationsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business, Maintenance Management, or a related field.Experience in maintenance planning, maintenance operations, reliability, manufacturing, industrial, or utility environments.Strong working knowledge of CMMS platforms such as SAP, Maximo, Infor, or similar systems.Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience working with data analysis and reporting tools, including Microsoft Excel and Power BI.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.Why Join Us?At our organization, your work directly impacts operational success.
