About the Position

Job Title: RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: Cardiovascular Interventional Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 10 Hours per Shift: 10 hours (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM) Experience: Minimum of 2 years RN Cardiac ICU experience; Cath and/or EP lab experience; moderate sedation experience. License: RN License Certifications: BLS; ACLS Must-Have: ICU experience and Cardiac Cath and/or EP Lab experience. Description: The Cardiovascular Interventional Lab consists of Cath and EP labs. Services included in the Cardiovascular Diagnostic and Interventional Laboratory are: Coronary Artery Disease. Valvular Heart Disease. Cardiomyopathy. Pericardial Disease. Peripheral Artery Disease. Adult Congenital Heart Disease. Aortic Disease. Call responsibilities include weekday, weekend, and holiday availability, with a required 30-minute response time. Rotating days off and alternating shift times are part of the schedule. The position requires participation in on-call duties, approximately every 7 to 10 days every 6 weeks. Candidates with EPIC CUPID experience, Critical Care Certification, and trauma course completion are preferred.
