What you bring to the team To succeed as an Area Manager in a Great Clips salon organization, you'll need: Previous salon management experience or multi-unit retail management experience A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province) The desire and ability to manage a salon's daily operations while motivating and supporting other Salon Managers Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills Experience identifying performance gaps and implementing improvement plans Flexibility to work across multiple salon locations within the surrounding area Commitment to collaboration and accountability with a focus on proactively seeking solutions to challenges
