• Shift: Clinic Days, 8:00 am 5:00 pm (flexible start/end times)
• Hours/Week: 40 hours/week
• Employment Type: Contract
• Certifications: Applicable state license and certifications
• Experience: Prior family medicine practice preferred but not required

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (discussed upon application)

What You'll Do:

• Provide outpatient family medicine services in a clinic setting
• Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
• Coordinate and communicate test results and follow-up care
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient encounters
• Engage in patient education and health promotion activities
• Participate in compliance with regulatory and facility protocols

What You Need:

• Valid state medical license and relevant certifications
• Experience in family medicine or primary care preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team
• Dedication to delivering high standards of patient care
