Supply Chain Manager - On-site (OH)

Why This Role Matters This role sits at the heart of operations, ensuring that materials, suppliers, and production planning are aligned to deliver consistent, high-quality output. You will play a key part in maintaining compliance with stringent industry standards while driving efficiency, reducing risk, and supporting production success. What You’ll Be Doing Lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and production planning Develop and execute sourcing strategies that ensure material availability while maintaining full traceability Ensure adherence to quality standards such as ISO 9001 and AS9100 across the supply chain Oversee production scheduling and configuration control to align with evolving project requirements Build and manage supplier relationships, including performance tracking, audits, and contract negotiations Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including single-source dependencies Lead, mentor, and develop a team of materials and production professionals Leverage data and reporting to drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, program management, and external partners What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field 10+ years of experience in supply chain, materials management, or production control Strong expertise in production planning, inventory control, and procurement strategy Experience working within regulated environments with strict quality standards Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset Experience with ERP systems; familiarity with Infor Syteline is a plus Excellent communication skills with the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders Compensation & Work Setup Full-time, on-site role in Springboro, Ohio Competitive salary aligned with experience Comprehensive benefits package Opportunity to lead within a high-impact, highly regulated industry Why You Should Apply This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role where your decisions directly influence operational success, compliance, and product delivery in a precision-driven environment.
