Licenses/Certifications: ACLS & BLS required

Experience: Minimum 1 year ICU experience; Epic experience required; LTAC experience preferred but not required

Pay & Benefits

Hourly Pay Rate: $53.60

What You'll Do

• Provide advanced patient care in a Level Transition Acute Care (LTAC) setting
• Administer medications, including narcotics, and perform patient assessments
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Manage patient care for a patient ratio of approximately 1:5 or 1:6
• Utilize Epic EMR system for documentation and reporting
• Participate in emergency response and unit-specific procedures
• Ensure compliance with safety and hospital policies

What You Need

Required:

• Valid RN license for Louisiana
• ACLS & BLS certifications
• At least 1 year of ICU experience
• Experience with special procedures such as TPN, wound care, drain management, Foley, and narcotic administration
• Epic electronic medical record experience

Preferred:

• LTAC experience (not required)
• Willingness to be part of emergency or relief teams as assigned
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced ICU environment
