As a member of the customer service team, you will welcome and greet guests, take and prepare customer orders at the counter or drive-thru, maintain cleanliness at the counter and dining area, observe health and sanitation guidelines, and ensure that every guest leaves with a smile. Responsibilities of the customer service team members:

• Key positions required from the role: External order taking, Host/hostess, External meal delivery, Drive-thru order taking, Food and beverage assembly.
• Understand all principles of Second-Mile Service (2MS), Operational Excellence (OE), and Emotional Connection Creation (EC).
• Following the Execute FIFO (First In, First Out) model.
• Protect the customer experience by ensuring packaging, food presentation, and quality are top-notch.
• Handle all customer issues appropriately and play a positive role in customer recovery.
• Understand food safety and quality excellence.
• Arrive on time, have a great attitude, and work hard throughout your shift.
• Constantly improve by finding ways to make your work better and faster.
• Be responsible for filling your shift if you cannot work.
• Ensure your appearance meets the Team Member Manual and Food Safety Guidelines.
• Be a team player.
• Help keep the store clean, hygienic, and orderly at all times.
• Stay up to date with annual certifications and training.
• Maintain the operators' vision and mission for the store in daily operations.
• Show good management and a sense of ownership for the business.

Requirements and qualifications:

• This position requires availability for opening and/or lunch shifts.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have a reliable source of transportation.
• Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, and both high and low navigation shelves.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills and verbal communication are required.
• Function in hot, noisy, and fast-paced environments.
• Mobility required during shifts.
• Must perform well under pressure.
• Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently.
