Psychotherapist (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD)

Position Title Psychotherapist (LPCC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist – PsyD/Ph.D.) Location Salisbury, NC Schedule & Coverage Flexible scheduling available. Part‑Time: 2 days per week (you choose the days) Full‑Time: Monday–Friday, daytime hours, one building per day – full benefit package available Employment Type W‑2 Schedule Pay Per Encounter | Fee‑for‑Service Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations. Provide individual psychotherapy and ongoing treatment services. Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary care team. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation. Coordinate care with facility staff, medical providers, and other healthcare professionals. Adhere to all federal, state, and organizational standards, policies, and regulations. Required Qualifications Active North Carolina license as one of the following: Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Licensed Psychologist – PsyD/Ph.D. Master’s degree (LPCC, LMFT) or Doctoral degree (Psychologist) in a relevant mental health field. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a clinical team. Strong communication and clinical documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with geriatric populations. Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living, or long‑term care settings.
