What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality care for cardiac ICU patients, including monitoring post-operative cardiac patients and managing complex cardiac interventions.
• Administer medications, including conscious sedation, balloon pump management, and use of Swan-Ganz catheters.
• Perform advanced procedures such as IV starts, telemetry monitoring, ventilator management, and EPIC electronic health record documentation.
• Float within units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care activities accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to hospital protocols, safety standards, and patient privacy requirements.

What You Need:
Required:

• Valid Ohio RN license
• BLS and ACLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of Cardiac ICU experience
• Proficiency in IV starts, telemetry, ventilators, Swan-Ganz lines, conscious sedation, balloon pumps, and PA lines
• Epic experience

Preferred:

• Previous travel nursing experience
