As a Practice Supervisor, youll serve as a Practice Manager in Training, leading daily clinic operations, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring an outstanding patient experience. What You'll Do Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and staff performance Support provider scheduling, staffing, workflow management, and patient experience Coach, develop, and engage team members while fostering OnePeak's culture and values Resolve employee and patient concerns professionally and efficiently Monitor clinic productivity, inventory, scheduling, timecards, and compliance Partner with leadership to execute strategic initiatives and operational goals Provide hands-on support to front and back office teams as needed What You'll Bring High school diploma or equivalent required 1+ year of supervisory or leadership experience (primary care preferred) Current BLS/CPR certification Medical Assistant experience strongly preferred CMA, CPT, or Associate degree in a medical field preferred Strong leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment Willingness to travel occasionally between clinic locations Compensation $52,275 - $61,500 annually 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays FSA, LTD, Accident & Critical Illness Coverage Employee & Family Discounts Join OnePeak Medical and help build a culture where patients thrive, teams grow, and healthcare is transformed. #J-18808-Ljbffr OnePeak Medical
