The Senior Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the optimal operation and reliability of various mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment. Working within a medium-sized maintenance team, this position involves hands-on troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and collaboration to support uninterrupted production. Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, the technician will have opportunities for growth within a management track.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance on mechanical machinery, electrical systems, and hydraulic equipment
- Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency
- Implement and adhere to preventive maintenance schedules
- Collaborate closely with a maintenance team of 4-7 members to coordinate repair activities
- Report maintenance status and issues to the Maintenance Manager
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies
