What You'll Do

As a Parts Advisor, you'll play a critical role in keeping our shop operating smoothly and efficiently by:

• Creating repair estimates from digital vehicle inspections
• Ordering, receiving, and processing automotive parts
• Utilizing electronic parts catalogs (E-CAT) effectively
• Maintaining organized inventory and accurate stock levels
• Collaborating closely with technicians and service advisors
• Ensuring parts arrive on time, are accurately ordered, and properly documented
• Supporting an efficient, productive workflow throughout the shop

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of automotive parts experience
• 1+ year dealership parts experience preferred
• European automotive experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and inventory management abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Sense of urgency, accountability, and ownership
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
