Rockingham Precast is seeking a hands-on and mechanically inclined General Laborer to join our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors with tools, machinery, and production equipment in a fast-paced environment. The technician will be responsible for setting up precast forms, operating hand and power tools, and assisting with forklift operations.

Duties:

• Set up and prepare precast forms and equipment for daily production.
• Operate hand and power tools including grinders, air ratchets, and air guns.
• Assist with mechanical tasks related to precast production.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety protocols and report any equipment issues.
• Support team members in completing production goals

**Responsabilidades:**

- Instalar y preparar moldes prefabricados y equipos para la producción diaria.

- Operar herramientas manuales y eléctricas, incluyendo esmeriladoras, llaves neumáticas de carraca y pistolas neumáticas.

- Ayudar con tareas mecánicas relacionadas con la producción de prefabricados.

- Mantener un área de trabajo limpia y organizada.

- Seguir los protocolos de seguridad y reportar cualquier problema con los equipos.

- Apoyar a los miembros del equipo para cumplir los objetivos de producción.

Job Requirements:

• Prefrence to Bilingual applicants.
• Hands-on experience with tools and mechanical equipment.
• Familiarity with grinders, hand tools, and general shop equipment.
• Ability to lift, move, and position heavy materials.
• Comfortable working in an outdoor manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
