Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Facilities Maintenance Manager at Tampa Bay Girls Academy in Tampa, FloridaTampa Bay Girls Academy (TBGA) - Secure facility comprised of multiple co-located residential commitment programs serving high-risk and max-risk females' youth aged 12-21. These programs provide services utilizing evidence-based practices to provide comprehensive care, treatment, and supervision. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling.Pay: $50,000 salary exemptPerks & Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and company-paid Life Insurance within 90 days, and 401k match of up to 6% after 1 year of employment, Paid Time Off that can be used as soon as it accrues, and more!What you will do: The Facilities Maintenance Manager works as a member of the Administration/Business Department team. Primarily responsible for overseeing and conducting all aspects of site maintenance, including but not limited to: grounds keeping, water systems, daily maintenance, emergency repairs, remodeling projects, and new construction at designated ROP sites. The Projects Manager reports to the Program Director or other designated supervisor.
