Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Renewal Rehab seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support physical therapy services for seniors in skilled nursing and post‑acute care settings. Under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility to improve safety and independence. You’ll document progress, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and educate patients and caregivers.
