Digital Content Creator Onsite (Cincinnati metro area) What You’ll Need to Succeed: Proficiency in writing, editing, and publishing digital content using modern content management tools Strong experience with benefits administration, outsourcing, or financial services environments Knowledge of Workplace Investing product offerings and their servicing processes Excellent business and technical writing skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects effectively Skilled in conducting quality checks to ensure consistency with style guides and standards Effective collaboration skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders Basic proficiency with MS Office applications A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with experience managing high-volume content production Capable of building clear, easy-to-understand content tailored to diverse audiences Nice to Have: Experience with content automation and process improvement initiatives Knowledge of content management applications beyond standard MS Office Familiarity with internal content strategies or related digital transformation efforts Preferred Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business, or related field Prior experience in content creation, editing, or digital content management—especially within financial services or corporate environments Estimated Min Rate : $23.10 Estimated Max Rate : $33.00 What’s In It for You?
